How much time will it take to set up my online store?

Its depend on the number of products you have and readiness of information. On an average, it takes between 2 to 3 weeks. During this period and beyond our friendly support staff is always available to answer all your queries.

I already have an Online Store. Can I switch to Ninjin?

Yes, you can easily migrate from any eCommerce platform to Ninjin. We will offer you assistance.

Yes. You use your existing Domain Name, or you can buy new from us for your online store.

Is my online store and data safe with KartRocket?

Can I use my own web hosting?

No. Under SaaS (Software as service) you get secured hosted solution. Another advantage is that you get all future updates free of cost.

Is it possible to sync inventory with my retail stores?

Yes, you can use our open APIs. Ask your software provider to integrate the same with the website.

What payment mode are available on my Ninjin powered store?

With Ninjin powered store, you can accept both online and Cash-On-Delivery payments. We have pre-integrated PayU, CCAvenue, 2Checkout and Paypal as payment gateways. If you have any other payment gateway, we will integrate it into your store free of cost.

When Will I Get Payment In My Account For Prepaid Orders?

It depends on payment gateway. But in most of the time, the amount will be transferred to your bank account, after deduction of TDR charges, within 72 working hours after the successful transaction.

I Don’t Want To Use Payment Gateway? Can I Still Run My Online Store?

Yes. You can run your store using only COD payment. However, we will recommend you to use online payment option too.
